Before you order
When does the delivery clock start?
Image packs are delivered in 24 hours after payment and acceptance of your materials. Product videos take about 3 business days after payment and acceptance of your product photos. Each is a 25–30 second film, edited by hand. Assembly videos take about 3 business days and advertising videos about 5, after payment and material acceptance. Video revisions can extend the schedule.
What do I send for an image pack?
1–3 clear product photos, including the whole piece and its visible details. Choose Clean Modern, Mid-Century or Contemporary when ordering. Each pack covers one product in one selected style; the photos are our references for its shape, material and construction.
How are the images and videos made?
We use AI-assisted production, with people choosing the setting, lighting and composition and reviewing the finished work against your references. Clear source photos matter. Please review the delivered files before publishing, particularly product details and assembly steps.
Do I need an image pack before ordering a video?
All three video services can be ordered independently. Product videos use 1–3 product photos; assembly uses photos and instructions; advertising uses photos, selling points and a script or guided format. Every service includes commercial use; full scope and required materials are shown before payment.
