These Terms of Service apply to your use of the product visual upgrade services provided by White Studio.
The White Studio service is operated by White Studio Inc. ("White Studio", "we", "our", or "the Company").
By accessing, using, or placing an order through this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
White Studio provides AI-assisted product visual upgrade services. Users upload 1–3 product photos, and based on these materials, the service produces commercial-grade product images for ecommerce display, advertising, and brand promotion.
White Studio combines AI-assisted generation with human review, editing, curation, and production workflows to improve visual consistency and commercial usability.
The generated images are AI-assisted digital visual content. Lighting, textures, backgrounds, proportions, and details may differ from the actual physical product and should not be interpreted as exact product photography.
White Studio provides a creative and technical generation service. We do not guarantee commercial performance, sales outcomes, platform approval, or marketing effectiveness of generated content.
2. User Accounts
When using this service, users must provide true and accurate information and properly keep their account information safe.
Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their account.
If any unauthorized use of the account is discovered, the Company should be notified immediately.
3. User Uploaded Content
Users guarantee that they have the legal right to use all images and materials they upload, and that they will not infringe on any third party's copyright, trademark rights, or other legitimate rights and interests.
Users must not upload or submit the following content:
- Pornographic or vulgar content
- Violent, terrorist, or illegal content
- Content that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Other content that violates laws and regulations or is unsuitable for processing through this service
If a user uploads the above content, the Company has the right to refuse service, terminate the order, or delete the relevant content. Any legal liability arising from the content uploaded by the user shall be borne by the user.
4. Use of Generated Content
After payment and delivery, the customer receives a non-exclusive commercial use license for the generated images for ecommerce, advertising, product marketing, and related promotional purposes.
When using the generated images for sales or promotion, users should ensure that they do not constitute false advertising or mislead consumers.
White Studio retains all rights, title, and interest in its generation systems, workflows, software, prompts, infrastructure, and underlying service technology.
5. Data and Privacy
Images uploaded by users are only used to complete order generation and delivery.
The Company will not use user-uploaded images for model training or any purpose unrelated to order fulfillment.
Uploaded materials and generated images are generally deleted within 30 days after order delivery, unless longer retention is required for operational, security, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.
6. Payment
Orders must be paid before generation or production begins.
All prices are indicated in USD ($). The Company reserves the right to adjust prices, but this will not affect orders that have already been paid for.

8. Delivery Time
Under normal operating conditions, delivery is typically completed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Under system maintenance, network issues, or other uncontrollable factors, delivery time may be extended.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, business, or reputational damages arising from use of the service or generated content.
In any case, the maximum liability assumed by the Company shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the order.
10. Service Restrictions
The Company has the right to refuse any order that violates these Terms or laws and regulations, and may suspend or terminate related services when necessary.
11. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the website, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
