Terms of Service

White Studio (“we”, “us”) provides furniture images and videos for business use. These terms apply to the service scope and price you accept before payment. Contact us at hi@whitestudio.art.

1. AI production and human work

We use AI-assisted generation and production tools, with human visual direction and review. Product videos include human shot selection and editing. This is a digital visual production service; outputs are not photographs or recordings of the physical product.

AI can introduce differences in colour, shape, texture, scale or construction. We review against your references, and you must check the delivered files before publishing. We do not guarantee sales, platform acceptance, exclusivity, or pixel-perfect reproduction.

2. What you order

Lite contains 4 images: 1 white-background, 2 lifestyle and 1 detail. Standard contains 16 images: 4 white-background, 6 lifestyle and 6 detail. Each pack covers one furniture product in one selected style.

Product video is an independent order: one 25–30 second, silent 1080p video, in one selected aspect ratio, for $199. Supply 1–3 clear product photos; an image pack is not required. AI-assisted footage is selected and edited by people. No voiceover, people or subtitles are included.

Assembly video covers one product and up to 8 accepted steps, with one revision. Advertising video covers one 30-second edit, captioned and clean versions, with three consolidated revision rounds. Their requirements and prices are shown before payment. New products, replacement scripts or a new direction require a separately agreed scope.

Assembly production follows your supplied manual. You must provide accurate instructions and have the responsible manufacturer check the final sequence, warnings and steps before use. We do not provide engineering, product safety certification or independent validation of the manual.

3. Your materials and account

Provide accurate references and an email address you control. You retain your rights in your designs, photos, trademarks and scripts. You give us permission to process and share the materials with production service providers only as needed to fulfil your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded content and supplied advertising claims. Do not upload unlawful content, third-party materials without permission, personal records or sensitive personal data. Contact us before submitting confidential or unreleased designs that need special handling.

We may ask for supporting information for factual advertising claims and decline unsupported claims. Review of a visual or script does not independently verify product performance or safety.

4. Price, payment and acceptance

Prices are in USD. The saved order quote is the amount charged; later menu changes do not reprice existing orders. Payment precedes production. Before checkout, you confirm the scope and accept this version of the Terms and Refund Policy; we record that acceptance with the order. Unpaid drafts do not reserve a production slot.

5. Delivery and changes

Image packs are delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation for an order with a complete, validated set of product photos. These are consecutive hours, including weekends. The accepted materials and deadline are recorded automatically when payment is confirmed; moving the order into production does not restart the clock. If references need clarification, we contact you promptly and agree any necessary change in scope or schedule.

Video delivery is estimated at 3 business days for product and assembly videos and 5 business days for advertising, after payment and material acceptance. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays observed by the production team. Video revision rounds can extend delivery.

If a customer changes the product or direction, we agree a new scope and schedule before additional work. If we cannot meet the 24-hour image deadline, we notify you and offer an agreed extension or cancellation and a refund for the undelivered order. See the Refund Policy.

6. Use and intellectual property

After payment and delivery, you may use the delivered files worldwide for your business’s product pages, social media and advertising. To the extent we hold rights in the delivered work, we grant a non-exclusive, perpetual commercial use licence. Your supplied materials remain yours.

Purely AI-generated elements may not qualify for copyright protection. Human editing does not guarantee copyright in every element, and we do not promise exclusive ownership or registrability. You remain responsible for truthful product representation, platform rules and any required disclosure of synthetic content. Separate third-party assets require the relevant licences.

Our software, workflows and underlying production technology remain ours. We do not publish your uploaded materials or use your order as a portfolio example without separate permission.

7. Refunds and responsibility

Our Refund Policy provides cancellation, deadline and defect remedies. Custom production does not remove remedies for work that is materially defective or fails the agreed scope.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect loss or lost profits. Our liability for an order is limited to its paid amount, except where the law does not allow that limit, including any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights if they apply.

8. Updates and contact

The version accepted for an order governs that order. New versions apply to future orders; material changes to an existing order require agreement. For questions, corrections or complaints, email hi@whitestudio.art with your order reference.
